Cooper Transport was founded in 2001 as a result of the tragedy our nation faced on 9-11. Our founder, Bill Cooper was by trade an aircraft mechanic, a skill learned while serving his country in the United States Navy- but as a result of 9-11, was laid off and was forced to find an alternate means to provide for his family. 

  A close friend of Bills had started transporting vehicles for the same reason and as a result of numerous conversations, and evaluation, Cooper Transport was born. The business started small and gradually grew due to Bills work ethic and ability to keep his customers happy. Going the extra mile was never a question. Initially purchasing a 3 car "hot-shot" rig, miles soon started racking up from coast to coast, primarily from Miami, Fl to San Francisco, Ca and all points in between. Soon, larger equipment was needed, so additional trucks were purchased and 10 car carriers were being put on the road with the Cooper Transport Logo on the doors.

  Eventually, Cooper Transport was transformed into Alamo Logistics based out of San Antonio, TX with Bill Cooper at the helm once again. Handling all day to day operations, Bill has transformed what once was an impersonable business type into one with a large customer following and repeat business once again due to putting the customer first above all else. We handle anything from multiple dealer loads, personal moves/re-location to internet and Ebay purchases.
