Alamo Logistics acts as a broker only and is released from all responsibility when the insured transporter/carrier takes possession of the vehicle. The transporter/carrier has primary insurance responsibility during transit, as governed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

A minimal pre-determined non refundable deposit is required for each vehicle to be transported.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via fax or Email at least 48 hours prior to pickup and is subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $75 in addition to any other amounts due under this Transport agreement.

A 3% processing fee of the total balance will be charged for all credit/Debit card transactions.

A fee of $75 will be charged for any credit/Debit card cancellation.

Each vehicle will be thoroughly inspected on a Condition Report/Bill of Lading form at pickup and at delivery. The owner or an authorized agent must be present at both inspections to sign the Bill of Lading/Condition Report. Any damage to the vehicle during transport must be documented on the Bill of Lading/Condition Report and must include the signature of the transport driver. This is very important for you in the unlikely event there is any damage to your vehicle!

All fees, penalties and transport costs must be paid in full prior to or at delivery with cash or cashier's check before your vehicle is delivered, if cashiers check- payable to MUST be in the name of the carrier, no personal checks are accepted-no exceptions

Owner will pay an additional $250 winch fee for each inoperable vehicle ( This includes flat tires, no brakes and steering inop.) UNLESS DISCLOSED when finalizing this agreement. Fees will be added to the transport cost at the time of delivery. NOTE: Alamo Logistics or its designated carrier are not liable for any damage to vehicle if these circumstances are not disclosed to Alamo Logistics prior to pick-up.

The transport carrier is responsible for your vehicle while in transit. Transport companies and its drivers are licensed, insured and screened as per Federal Motor Carrier Regulations. If you have a problem or dispute with the transport carrier, contact the transport company immediately. Insurance Records are kept on file with Alamo Logistics in the event you need or request a copy.

Rental car fees and accruals will not be honored. No exceptions.

Owner is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport, including deactivating any alarm systems and anti-theft devices, removing or securing loose parts, protruding accessories, etc.

Alamo Logistics does not authorize personal belongings in the vehicle as mandated by Federal Motor Carrier Regulations nor are these items covered by carrier insurance. ABSOLUTELY NO firearms, hazardous materials, illegal substances or contraband may be placed in the vehicle. A fine of up to $10,000 may be assessed to your vehicle and is subject to being impounded. All fines and expenses will be passed along to the owner of the vehicle.

All subrogation, litigation, or legal action against Alamo Logistics must have right of venue in the State of Texas, Bexar County.

Alamo Logistics is responsible for arranging the transport of your vehicle only and is not responsible for any damages during transport for any reason. All claims for in-transit damage must be addressed to the transporter upon delivery.

An additional fee of 200.00 will be added to the total tariff of each vehicle(s) if overloaded with personal items i.e. clothes, suitcases, boxes etc. This is due to weight limitations set by the US DOT. Please, no more than 100 lbs. of personal belongings in vehicle, and do not obstruct windows and mirrors.

If no one is available to take posession of the vehicle at time of delivery, the vehicle will be delivered to the nearest terminal and all terminal fees due must be paid by customer along with all transport fees prior to vehicle being released to owner/agent.

If at during any time during verbal or written contract between customer (client) and Alamo Logistics or any agents associated with Alamo Logistics it is determined that the customer (client) has double booked with another broker and/or carrier, any monies received from customer/client are non refundable, this includes deposit and full amount transactions. this determination will be determined by any and all staff representing Alamo Logistics.
