"I had problems with a previous company. They promised to ship my truck. The day before the pick up time, they called me stating there was problems with the driver who was picking up, the driver couldn't be reached, by cell phone, nor radio.
Sometimes when I called or left messages they wouldn't respond. When I sent emails they wouldn't respond. I decided to cancel with them and find another company. The promised to give me a refund for my deposit and I'm still waiting for it...
